The St Charles Scroll Arm Fabric Sofa takes familiar traditional upholstery details and gives them a lighter, more relaxed feel. Its most distinctive feature is the pair of sweeping scroll arms, which curve outwards before flowing neatly into the sides of the frame. This creates a softer silhouette than a straight arm sofa while retaining plenty of classic character.
The shaped back follows the same flowing approach, introducing a gentle rise and fall across the top rather than a rigid horizontal line. Generously proportioned back cushions sit above deep loose seat cushions, creating a comfortable seating area without making the sofa appear overly formal.
Piped edges bring subtle definition to the cushions and upholstery, while turned timber feet add a traditional detail at floor level. The combination works particularly well for interiors that sit between classic and contemporary styles, where a heavily ornate sofa might feel too formal but a completely minimal design would lack character.

Tailored To You
Fully customise your design. Your furniture can be finished in one of our extensive range of fabrics and leathers to create a piece unique to your taste. Please note that due to maximum fabric widths, some panels may need to be upholstered horizontally to avoid unnecessary seams.

Inspected By Experts
Quality is assured as every piece is individually inspected by our experienced upholsterers before leaving the factory.

Step 1: Production & Preparation
Once your sofa has been handmade and fully quality-checked, it’s passed to our dispatch team for collection. This stage can take a few days while our carriers schedule their pickup. As soon as your order leaves our workshop, it enters the delivery network and begins its journey to your home.

Step 2: Delivery Scheduling
Our delivery partners work on an up to ten working day service from the date they collect your order. They will contact you around three days before delivery to arrange a suitable date. The evening before, you will receive a two hour time slot so you know when to expect your furniture.

Step 3: Delivery to Your Room
On the day, our two-man team will bring your furniture into the room of your choice, unwrap it and give you time to check everything over before signing. This ensures you’re completely happy with your order before the delivery is completed. For more details, please see our Delivery & Returns page.
